We have a Drop-off location in Paramus, New Jersey. This location is open from 9AM - 4:30PM EST Monday - Friday (except major holidays) for drop-off and pick-up of your watch. Please note that we do NOT have a watchmaker at this location - therefore no service jobs will be performed on site. Our Quick Service Window in Canada is located in Markham, Ontario. This location is open from 9AM - 5PM EST Monday - Friday (except major holidays) for drop-off and pick-up of your watch.
